Welcome to the Shire Horse Section of the Nantwich Show!
We are proud of our longstanding relationship with the Shire Horse Society and the judging of the Shire’s competitions always takes centre stage of the Main Ring until around midday and is closely followed by the Mounted Fancy Dress children’s competition.
It is a condition of entry that exhibitors ensure that handlers must have the necessary strength and experience to cope with foreseeable problems. Animals should not be left unattended. All exhibitors must hold a current public liability policy at the time of the show. Animals should be fully vaccinated against tetanus and flu plus they must be in good health.
Entries will open online via our partners site Showing Scene on 1 May and all entries will be taken online. If you need help with this, please call 01270 752 288 option 1.

Register your Interest
There are several teams of volunteers, each organising a different section of the Show. Register your interest in any aspect of the Show and we will pass your details to the correct team who will make contact within a few days.
